Dear Parents and Carers,

We hope everyone had a very happy, safe and enjoyable long weekend break! Although this week has been short, we have still had lots happening.

World Teachers’ Day

Last Friday was World Teachers’ Day, with the theme ‘Hats Off to Teachers’. We take our hats off to the teachers of Epping Views Primary for all of the amazing things they do to support our students. From carefully planning learning based on students’ needs, to supporting students and their social and emotional needs and learning, to planning lots of fun activities, teachers do an incredible job. Our teachers are outstanding and I would like to thank them for doing what they do each and every day.

Prep Teddy Bears’ Picnic

It was lovely to see so many of our Prep students walking through the gate on Wednesday with a smile and their teddy in their arms. Our Prep students and teachers enjoyed having a picnic with their friends and their teddies.

State Athletics

It is a huge achievement for any student to reach a state level of any of their sporting endeavours. We are lucky enough here at Epping Views to have had nine students reach the State Finals in Athletics on Wednesday. The students all had a fantastic day and achieved some great results. Congratulations to all of our State Track and Field Representatives!

Massive congratulations to Thimath who collected Gold, Silver & Bronze medals.
