Art Show

On Wednesday the 19th of October the Art Department of Greensborough College hosted our 2022 Art Show award ceremony and public opening. It was fantastic to see so many family members, students, staff and community members came along to have a look through our students work and to congratulate our award winners – especially after our last-minute change to the date due to recent inclement weather. 

Throughout the week, classes have also had the chance to look through the show. It was great to see the students engaged whilst  looking through the work of their peers and how inspired they were to see what is in store for them in art at senior year levels. Events like this have such an important role in showing us what is possible with an idea, some creative thinking and hard work.

I would like to thank everyone who came along and viewed the show on Wednesday and all students and staff who took some time out of their day in the past week to have a look at the show. Special thanks also to Tess Diaz, Meegan Triance, Andrew Ericksen, Glenn Jenner, Georgia Coutts and Malcolm Williams who each put in a great deal of work to get the show together for this year.
