OUR FOCUS FOR TERM 4 IS GARDENING!

After such a successful Term 3 focus on reducing waste it’s time to turn our attention to gardening and how this fits in with sustainability!

In the newsletter this term our focus will be on: 

• the importance and benefits of gardening for our environment
• types of things to plant at this time of year
• composting and other alternatives
• great local green spaces to enjoy.

We would love to hear from our incredible SMPPS families too! If you have a favourite

 spot, or a way that you contribute to and use gardens that helps our environment, please send your information and/or photos to Cath Feast on catherine.feast@education.vic.gov.au.

As the weather warms up this is the perfect time to be out and about so a great match to our focus for this term!
