Sports Report

As PSSA sport will be drawing to a close for the year we will be focusing our attention in Term 4 on some different activities within the school.  

After the NSW State Athletics Carnival that will be held on the 19 & 20 October in Sydney, some of our students will be representing Werris Creek in Dance Fest at the Tamworth Regional Enterainment Centre on Friday 21st October (Week 2).  We will be lucky enough as a school to attend Dance Fest to watch our students and those around the district perform. In Weeks 7 and 8 we will be conducting Swim School for those students who require swim instruction in Years 2 - 4.  I look forward to reporting on the outcome of these events.

I would like to thank all parents/carers and students who have in some way been involved in PSSA sport this year, for your assistance in ensuring our students can attend and enjoy sporting events throughout the year.  We could not participate in these events without your support and co-operation.  

I look forward to bringing the new program of PSSA Sport to Werris Creek Public School next year and to the amazing achievements and memories that will be created.
