Information & Communication Access Agreement

At the beginning of each school year, students and parents sign off on our Information and Communication Technology Student Access Agreement.

Attached below is our Student Information and Communication Technology Usage Policy. We ask that you read this in conjunction with the Information & Communications Technology Student Access Agreement form which your child will bring home this week.

This document explains the digital practices that Corpus Christi uses in order to keep your children safe and responsible in an ever-changing digital world.  It will also be shared with you via Operoo where it will ask for an acknowledgment.

1:1 Chromebook Program Information Evening

As we mentioned last week, our newly developed 1:1 Chromebook Program isn't far away! We will be holding our information evening on Wednesday 17th March.

The times for the information sessions are as follows:

Years 3/4: 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm Wednesday 17th March.

Years 5/6: 8:00 pm - 9:30 pm Wednesday 17th March.

Both sessions will take place in the Community Hall. At the end of each session, each student along with their parent/guardian in attendance must sign off on a Chromebook Agreement before the Chromebook is received.

We will provide details of any changes to this event in the coming weeks to suit any possible COVID-19 restrictions.

The Cyber Safety Project

The team from the Cyber Safety Project will be coming in to run our 1:1 Chromebook information sessions in the coming weeks. They publish a wonderful blog for parents on their website which provides advice and information on a range of ICT and Cyber Safety issues.

Have a look at the current blog below. This week it talks about a game that I am sure many of our students may be familiar with, Among Us.

Kind regards
