Parent Association Meet & Greet/First Meeting of the Year – Ferne Wilson, President

Welcome!

Firstly, I would like to thank everyone who attended our first meeting of the year on Tuesday evening.  It was great to see some new faces, the return of previous members, and AP Alison Hatton. I would also like to extend a warm welcome to Dr. Jake Madden who has such enthusiasm for our school and look forward to working in partnership into a promising future. Loved hearing such uplifting words about our Eddies. Thanks to Bec Evans for spoiling us with delicious nibbles.

 

Hot topics were our fundraising projects for the year, so watch this space for exciting news and our call-outs for assistance. We will have some wonderful school projects that we are aiming to raise funds for this year, these will be finalised throughout the year. Watch this space.

 

Easter Raffle

We would like to invite all members of the school to participate in donating easter items for our school Easter Raffle.  Tickets will be going home early next week and we are aiming to have at least 15 dazzling prizes. Donations accepted at the offices at both campuses no later than Thursday 18th March.  Anything received after this date will be a sweet treat for the amazing office staff. 

 

Raffle prizes will be drawn at assembly on Friday 26th March at both campuses.   

 

Next Meeting

Our next meeting will be held on Tuesday 27th April 2021 (Term 2 Week 2) in the Primary Staffroom at 6.00pm, come and join the fun!

Baker's Delight Tamworth

A reminder to our families - Don't forget to mention St Edward's School when purchasing from either Baker's Delight Stores in Tamworth.  At the end of the year they donate back 5% from all purchases to our school.
