Art Mural 

The Music Dept commissioned Year 10 Visual Communication Design students to design a music inspired mural for the newly renovated music room. It was such a tough decision with so many fantastic designs that we ended up choosing two and painted a second mural! Students present for Activities Week helped to paint the murals, designed by Cooper Lyons and Xavier Carter. 

Arts Week 

Dromana College celebrated Arts Week from Tuesday 9th March - Friday 12th March. Over the four days, students were invited to participate in a range of performing and visual arts activities. We were treated to fantastic live music and roving drama performances by our incredibly talented performing arts students, while students contributed to terrific artworks that will appear around the college in the coming weeks. 

Students also participated in a dance class, had fun with a costume photo booth, watched short films from our incredibly talented 2020 cohort, tried their hand at darkroom photography, and contributed to chalk drawings that brightened the day!

A big thank you to everyone who attended and to our student leaders and staff for ensuring we all had a fantastic Arts Week!
