New Staff 

Hi everyone, my name is Steve Gnjec and I’m excited to join your fantastic school as the new ICT Network Manager.

I have worked in the information technology industry for 25 years, working initially in the corporate sector and then moving into education. I’ve been working as a school specialist technician for 13 years as part of the DET’s Technical Support to Schools Program. I have previously worked at Bannockburn P-12 College, Lara Lake Primary School and Lara Primary.

My new role at Matthew Flinders Girls will provide me with new challenges and opportunities.

I am super excited to be working with you all and I look forward to meeting you personally. Feel free to pop into the ICT office and say ‘hi’. You don’t have to have a computer issue to visit.

Hello! 

My name is Ash and I’m the new Occupational Therapist at Matthew Flinders Girls. I’ve been employed at schools and paediatric clinics for the past 5 years working with families and children of all different ages with a range of occupational therapy needs. Occupational therapists in this setting help students to fulfill their role as a student and participate in meaningful activities or ‘occupations’ as independently as possible. 

In my spare time I love reading, travelling, and listening to music and podcasts. Can’t wait to meet you all!
