Umpiring and coaching workshops ranging from Community Level through to Level 2 are being offered across the first quarter of the year, with additional workshops to come throughout 2021. TEM Umpire Development

Are you or anyone in your family interested in learning to umpire? Umpiring is a fun, challenging and rewarding way to learn more about the sport, and gain important life skills such as decision making, judgement and good ways to communicate. We can get you started, depending on your availability and what you are interested in. And of course we will support you to meet your goals and help you to do the very best job that you can.

Saturday morning junior competitions are the best place for young umpires. As they gain experience and confidence and feel ready they can move to juniors on Friday nights. We will have mentors and support networks available for all young umpires this year, no one will be left behind, all we ask is a willingness to learn!  

We are extremely fortunate to have 2 young talented and skilled umpires who have benefitted from several years of mentoring and coaching and are excited to be able to help others. Annabel Kennedy and Isabel Wright will be joining me and other club umpires in providing a supportive environment for young aspiring officials.
