A message from the President 

Welcome to season 2021 - a new season with renewed hope!

The good news is that winter season 2021 is going ahead in a way that we all recognise as traditional hockey, same rules, competitions largely as they were in 2019. TEM is fielding seven senior women’s teams and either seven or eight senior men’s teams, 6 Masters' teams plus 17 junior teams.

This all presumes that COVID-19 remains suppressed for the next several months, pending widespread vaccination. It remains important to observe the measures which will keep COVID-19 suppressed:

• If you feel unwell, stay at home and seek medical advice if you develop symptoms
• remember to use the TEM QR check in code when you come to training
• practice social distancing at all times
• where social distancing is not possible, you should wear a fitted face mask
• make use of hand sanitiser stations that have been placed around the facility
• where possible, equipment should not be shared.

Well done for getting through the challenges of 2020. I’ll see you on the pitch soon.
