Principal Report

Thank you for your continued support & understanding...

Restriction continuation

Unfortunately at this point in time, there doesn't appear to be a reprieve in sight for us all with any relaxing of restrictions.

I wish to congratulate and thank you all for your support in enforcing and adhering to current restrictions.

It places stresses on everyone, so please remain patient, considerate and outward looking!

Communication for parents

Please note communication platforms See-saw and Showbie are to be used by staff to share curriculum related information and student work with parents.  Parents are welcome to respond to those as required.

All other varieties of communication must be directed to our Administration Office.  Please book appointments to see teachers via the office on 5334 6328.

Camps & Excursions

I am hoping to further advise our school community on the likelihood of camps and excursion type events proceeding for terms 3 & 4, as soon as is practical.

I am currently working with School Council to determine the best and safest way forward with all forthcoming events.

I will notify our school community as soon as information is confirmed.

I thank you all for your patience in these uncertain times.

Capital Works Project Communication

There is exciting news on the horizon with project updates.  Our School Council have formed a working party to manage the next stages of the project.  I would again like to extend a great deal of gratitude to our school councillors who are all extremely invested and connected volunteers, getting the best for us all, and particularly our students.

We are developing a communication strategy, to keep you all, as community members, linked to our project.  You will all receive regular communication updates very soon as our new school build begins to take shape!

Parking & Road Safety

Pleeease, adhere to parking and road safety rules on the surrounding roads of our school.

If we don't look out for our children, I don't know who will!

You, as adults, send messages every day to your children, by your actions.  Please think about them.

It's too late once we have an accident, injury or worse...

Welcome Matthew Smith

Welcome to Matthew Smith, joining us from Little Bendigo Primary School, completing a Liaison Principal placement with me.

Matthew will join us permanently in week 5 of this term and complete term 3 with us. Please make Matthew welcome when you see him.

I acknowledge the First People of the Wathaurong, who are the traditional custodians of the land and waters on which I work and live, and pay my respects to the Elders of the past, present and emerging.
