Cross Country results

Congratulations to the 48 students selected to represent the school at the district cross country. Of the 48 students who competed we had 10 students who placed in the first 8 in their respective race who then went on to compete at the Beachside Division Cross Country. From here we had another 2 students – Fiete Diers and Ethan Pawlowski. Special Mention to Fiete Diers who placed 4th at the Southen Metropolitan Region Cross Country and qualified for the State Championships next term.

Team Vic AFL trials

Congratulations to all students who have attended the Team Vic trials held this term. We had a number of students progress through towards state level selection. Special mentions to Dominic Rafton & Shlok Shanbhag. Dominic progressed through to the last round of the Team Vic trials but narrowly missed the final selection. Shlok has progressed to the final stage of the state cricket trials to be held next term.

Tom Lahiff Cups 

The Tom Lahif AFL competitions returned this year after a two years interrupted by the pandemic. Our Girls and Mixed teams both finished 3rd in Pool A. Congratulations to Alicia Button and Dominic Rafton on being awarded the Most Valuable Players on the day.

St Kilda players visit

Thank you to the St Kilda Football Club who visited our Year 6 cohort last week and share their insights into playing AFL football and participated in a skills session.
