2022 Presentation Ball Information Night

Wednesday 23rd March 6pm

Year 11 students who are interested in participating in the 2022 Presentation Ball (proposed date is for September) are encouraged to find out more details and meet the Event Organiser.

2021 Presentation Ball 

Friday 25th February, after waiting months and months plus a couple of lockdowns the night finally arrived!  

Before the night of the Deb, we undertook about 7 rehearsals at school and at the Reception Centre. These rehearsals helped us to prepare for what the night would entail and allowed us to remember all 4 dances.  

The day of the Deb started with everyone getting ready, for the girls, that included hair and makeup appointments. From there everyone met up together to take individual, couple and group photos. The limo drove the excited couples to the venue and finally we headed off to L'Unica Reception Centre. 

Once there, we took more photos and rehearsed the sequence of the night. That included practicing dances, introductions etc. as the guests started arriving, we had to “hide” in the rooms upstairs as our nerves grew in anticipation.  

The first couples walked through the doors  and the night officially began! It started with the first two dances then main meals were served, we then got to see our guests before doing the second last dance. Before we did our last dance we had our special persons dance and invited a couple of people to come up and dance with us. We got to see our guests before going upstairs again to get ready for our last dance of the night. 

Once we had finished the dance routines the guests joined us on the dance floor and continued to party the night away! 

It was a wonderful night with our friends and families. We enjoyed the entire experience and we encourage other students to participate in the 2022 Ball! 

We thank Melissa, Portia and Michaela who were fantastic and they made it really fun for us!
