The Weight of the World, We Carry it Together

Hello Aspire CCPA, 

This past week has been an incredibly busy and draining one. Even this past Friday we came together to look at data, standards, and reviewing student work. Many times this gets to be exhausting, and its hard to carry

We do this work all while continuing to build community with one another. It said by many and believe by most; that our work is daunting, tiresome and emotional draining. Our days look different everyday and at times we help carry the weight that our students bring with them everyday. My offering to everyone is to never carry this weight alone. Our community is in this work together, and we are here to support one another. 

Thank you all for your commitment, your hard work and your strength. It is an honor and pleasure to stand beside you in carrying the weight of the world.
