Movie Night

It's an exciting few weeks ahead with upcoming events such as Science Week (check out the Learning & Teaching page)  Book Week (Check out the Book Week page) and our much-anticipated Movie Night which is just around the corner!

Movie Night is scheduled for Friday 25th August in our Community Hall with doors opening at 6:00 pm sharp. Upon arrival, children will receive popcorn and ice cream and get seated for the movie. Children are to be collected from the Community Hall at 8:00 pm

Today, children will bring home an order form whereby they can indicate their choice of ice cream.

Ticket orders are to be placed by next Thursday 17th August.

This is a 'child only' event for Corpus Christi students with the cost for one child being $12 and $20 if you have more than one child.

Children may want to bring a cushion (or a cuddly) to sit on. This is a 'mobile phone free' event.

Fish 'n' Chip Wrap

Thank you so much to all parents who assisted with our PFA Fish 'n' Chip lunch on Monday, especially Mirella and Margaret. It went super smoothly considering the amount of work that was required packaging and distributing the130+ orders

If you get the opportunity, you may wish to thank Jonny and Lisa (from Jonny & Lisa Fish & Chip Shop) on your next visit as I understand it was also a big task for them.

Guess Who Came to Visit?

No doubt who the centre of attention was today when Ms Aphrodite Loizou visited with baby Alina in hand.

Both looked glowingly well in matching pink!

Would you expect anything else?

Timetable Changes

As you would be aware, this Tuesday we celebrated the Feast of St Mary of the Cross MacKillop and next  Tuesday we are celebrating the Feast of the Assumption with Mass at 11:30 am (which you are most welcome to attend).  So that all children receive equitable specialist classes, next Tuesday's timetable will be swapped with next Thursday's timetable. This will mean that there will be changes to which day your child wears their sports uniform (i.e. If your child normally wears their sports uniform next Tuesday, they will wear it on Thursday instead; and vice-versa).

I hope this makes sense. Your teachers should be sending out reminder notifications via Class Dojo with exact details.
