Premiers' Reading Challenge

 

Rangeview is currently participating in The 2023 Victorian Premiers’ Reading Challenge.

 

Keep up the great reading. Make sure you add your books to the READING CHALLENGE website.

 

The Challenge ends on September 8th .

All children who meet the Challenge will receive a certificate of achievement signed by the Victorian Premier and former Premiers. We have received 10 special Reading Challenge pins for 10 amazing readers.

 

Children from Prep to Year 2 are encouraged to read or ‘experience’ 30 books with their parents. (20 books are to be from the Challenge list and 10 are own choice books) 

 

Children from Year 3 to Year 6 are challenged to read 15 books. (10 books are to be from the Challenge list and 5 are own choice books) 

When children have completed books Parents/students log books on to the Challenge site using a username and password.  (Older students may be able to log their own books on)

Go to school coordinator or student  sign in Then GO TO VPRC login – 

students will be given a log in from their class teacher.

 

Many Reading Challenge books are in the library.  Books at home are often on the Challenge list and local libraries support the Reading Challenge. Challenge books in the school library and local library have special stickers on their spine.
