Twisted Science Excursion

We had such an awesome day at TwistED Science in Moorabbin. We began by exploring the Blue and Green Zones, where students had a chance to investigate, play and experiment with a variety of scientific activities and stations. After a quick recess break we participated in a 'Push Me, Pull Me' workshop. We learnt about different forces, magnets, friction and met Vinny the Van Der Graph generator. On the way home we stopped at Bicentennial Park in Chelsea for lunch and had a play. All in all, a fantastic day!

Footy Clinic

This week we were very lucky to have Max from AFL Victoria come to our school and run a special footy clinic with us. He taught us a variety of footy skills through playing games. Some of the games involved hand balling, working as a team and using our listening skills. We all had a great time :-)
