'Character Strengths'
As our production is fast approaching and our learners are consolidating their dances, excitement is building within the school community. Last term, information was sent out on Compass regarding costumes, they are as follows:
4A/4C
Your child is performing in the song/dance item: ‘Don’t Start Now’
For this song/dance item, your child will dress in clothing as described below:
Family to provide:
- ***A tea chest size cardboard box for building and painting a robot torso in Term Three (see image example)
- Grey clothes (if unavailable, black or white clothes also acceptable)
- Grey, black or white shoes
- Plastic bottle caps (for students to decorate robot torsos at school)
- School will provide:
- Robot headwear or armwear
- Support with building robot torso (cutting, gluing, painting)
*** If families wish to make a robot torso as a holiday project, please ensure that it allows free movement for dancing!!!

Your child is performing in the song/dance item: ‘Counting Stars’
For this song/dance item, your child will dress in clothing as described below:
Family to provide:
- Dark pants
- black shoes or old shoes (school can spraypaint old shoes with reflective paint if brought to school by July 17th)
- School will provide:
- Black ‘spectrum’ shirts
- Reflective headbands
- Reflective wristbands
