2022 Year Book

The Miners Rest Primary School and Kindergarten 2022 Year Book is now available to order!

The Miners Rest Primary School and Kindergarten Year Book is a wonderful keepsake of your child’s time at kinder or school. Each class is showcased in the Year Book, as well as whole school events and specialist areas.

Don’t Miss Out!

The school is offering a professionally printed copy of the yearbook at $20 each.

Please look out for the order form that has been sent home, and see attachment below. Completed order forms must be returned to the office by FRIDAY, 18th of November 2022, so that we can confirm total number of the books we need to order. We will not be taking any orders after this date.

Year books are to be distributed to families during the last week of the term. Thank you.

Year Book Front/Back Cover Competition

To select our Year Book’s front and back cover the Junior School Council will be organising a drawing competition.

The competition will be discussed in class, and students may be given some time to work on a design. Entries can also be completed at home.

*Designing the front cover is open to students in Year 3-6. Year Book 2022 title, as well as either MRPS K-6 or Miners Rest Primary School and Kindergarten should be included in design.

*Designing the back cover (with a theme of Miners Rest is a great school!) is open to students in Foundation –Year 2

Winners will be awarded their very own copy of the Year Book at assembly.

All entries should be completed on A4 paper in portrait style, with the student’s name and room number written clearly on the back.

Pencil, texta or crayon would be the preferable mediums.

All completed entries must be handed in to classroom teachers by 3rd of November.

Unfortunately, no late entries can be accepted.
