IT’S CHATHAM CHRISTMAS MARKET EVE AND WE’RE EXCITED!

It’s here, it’s nearly here! The Chatham Christmas Market kicks off tomorrow from 8.30am-2.30pm! It’s going to be a ripper of a day with a solid showing of the famous Chatham community spirit.

Once you get the voting out of the way, grab something from the BBQ, send the kids off to be entertained and hit up the market stalls and tick off all those Christmas gifts that you need to buy but just can’t face the thought of going to a shopping centre for…

All proceeds from the day will go towards building the Kitchen Garden Program, which is going to be impressive once it’s complete.

KIDS ENTERTAINMENT – TOKENS ARE OUR CURRENCY OF CHOICE

Keep the kids entertained with the jumping castle, face painting and chocolate toss. These activities require tokens, which can be bought from the ticket booth. 

BAKE STALL – THE LEGEND LIVES ON

Thank you to everyone for donning your aprons and baking up a storm for the famous Chatham Bake Stall. Make sure you log your baked goods in the Japanese Room by 10am, and then you can head off and check out the stalls…

We’ve had an amazing response to the volunteer call out and can’t thank you enough. There are still a couple of shifts available – if you could please consider putting your hand up (any year level to any shift), it would be much appreciated.

RUDOLPH’S RAFFLE – IT’LL GO DOWN IN HISTORY

We’ve been truly humbled by the prizes donated for our raffle from our spectacular community. Here’s a teaser – Melb Design Co, Novotel Melbourne South Wharf, ENNI, Nima Tennis, Tuned In Kids, Kelly Tennis, Ecofit Sports and The Omnivore Kitchen. Look out for our roving raffle sellers on the day – the cost is $4 per ticket or three for $10.

A big shout out to Bread Street and Foreman’s Fine Food Merchants for supplying the bread and veg for our BBQ. Make sure you show them some love next time you’re doing your grocery shop.
