From the Principal

Dear parents and carers

Welcome to Term 4

It was great to see so many spectators at last weeks' Sports Day.  Congratulations to all our Sports Day participants.  The day was a fantastic way to start term 4. Thank you to Mrs Marino for co-ordinating the day, all the tremendous work by staff on the day and bravo to our winning teams:  Xavier as Champions and Chevalier as Spirit Cup winners.  It was a wonderful day all round and the introduction of a BBQ thanks to Joe and Simone Stillitano, supported by Andrew Aldridge, Felicity Seal and Anna Vial, was a great success.

Thank you to our Term 3 Reception cohort who led us in today's assembly. It was wonderful to see the little ones presenting their work and have them sing us some songs. It was their first time in front of the school and they all did a brilliant job. Everyone loved the sensational art work and the brilliant rendition of, In the summer time. The Art Club joined the assembly as presenters and certainly impressed the community with their sensational pieces of work.

The tender process for the upcoming development opens next week. We have several building companies interested in the project, so hopefully the bids are competitive and we come in under budget!

A reminder that all students require their school hat when outdoors during school hours . The UV level is reaching the extreme range and protection is essential.
