Level 5/6

Level 5/6 News

The level 5/6 students have been doing a fabulous job with remote learning. We thank them and their families for the continued support and effort they are putting in to their learning. 

We have been focusing on the Author’s purpose in Literacy and the students have created some great character profiles as well as listening and responding to some informative podcasts. It’s great to see them engaged and deepen their knowledge on this topic.

In Maths, we have been looking at different angles. Everyone is doing very well with understanding the difference between flat lines, triangles, circle and finding the missing values.

We have been so impressed with their inquiry team projects. Such a high standard of group work has been displayed with their market mayhem projects. A fantastic effort to get these done so well during remote learning. 

The level 5/6 students enjoyed and took part in the RUOK day making sure they checked in on their classmates and friends. We also talked about the importanceto keep moving and being active while doing some yoga via Webex.
