Principal's Message

Nurture.  Innovate.  Celebrate

Dear Students, Parents, Carers and Families,

Foundation 100 Days of school:

On Friday the 30th of July our Foundation students celebrated 100 days of school. From their very first day of school students began the countdown to 100 days of school and when the day finally arrived the students were overjoyed.

On this super special day, our students were encouraged to dress up in something that represents the number 100.  All Foundation students and teachers put on their creative hats and certainly dressed to impress.  Some of the wonderful costumes included a person of a 100 years of age, t-shirts with 100 items, and even band aids as they were invented around 100 years ago.

Our Foundation students participated in many different and fun learning activities that related to the number 100. We then ended the day with class celebrations to reflect on all of the amazing things we have learnt in our first 100 days of school; from the Alphabet, letter sounds and blends, learning to read, counting, grouping and understanding numbers and discovering more about ourselves, our community and the world but most importantly all of the wonderful friendships and connections we have made with one another.

Congratulations and well-done to our fantastic Foundation students!

Take care and stay safe!

Kind regards,

Darren Wallace
