Lockdown Fatigue!

Many families are finding it difficult at the moment with Melbourne's lockdown and we know there are a very large number of students who are struggling.  Maggie Dent has written a great article which I have linked below.  For those who don't know Maggie,   she is an author and educator whose experience includes teaching, counselling, and working in palliative care and suicide prevention. She is an advocate for the healthy, common-sense raising of children in order to strengthen families and communities. She is a passionate, positive voice for children of all ages.

Wellbeing Journal

We have created a wellbeing journal to help our student's through the lockdown period. The booklet has lots of mindfulness and activities that build positive emotions.  You can collect a copy from out the front of the office from Monday morning.
