STUDENT SERVICES AGREEMENT

Attached is a copy of the Student ICT Services Agreement. Please print, sign and return the last page of this agreement and keep the remainder of the document for your records. It is important that you understand your responsibilities in relation to the security, care and use of the device.

Please return this agreement before the end of the 2020 school year to ensure that your son/daughter is able to collect their laptop in 2021.  

PHOTOGRAPH/RECORDING PERMISSION FORM

It is a requirement of the college to have a current photograph/recording permission form completed and signed by the parent/guardian of all students. This form must also be signed by any student who is 15+ years of age.

It would be appreciated if you would please print, sign and return the attached form before the end of the 2020 school year.
