School Photos
As per Mr Irwin's address on the first page, flyers will be sent home today with a unique code issued to all students so you can register online to view your child's images. To register, follow the simple instructions on your child's individualised flyer once you receive it.
Payment for photos
ALL FAMILIES NEED TO ORDER AND PAY ONLINE DIRECTLY TO THE PHOTOGRAPHER. Please do not send cash or orders to school.
Year 5/6 Camp (9-11 November)
Camp information including an invoice, consent form and packing list has been sent home to families. Please ensure all clothing and belongings are clearly named and packed in one sturdy bag. Students may bring a small backpack to carry personal belongings plus a drink bottle, a snack and lunch for the first day.
Cost: $250 per student. Some families may have credit on file from Young Leaders or CSEF money which can be used towards the payment of camp. A statement has been included with the camp information with details of any credit or funding you may have on file.
Payment can be made by Bpay using your unique biller code. These details are printed on your invoice. Payment and the signed permission forms are due by Monday 2nd November.
All medication must be handed to the teacher in charge of first aid prior to departure with completed / signed medication forms. All containers must be labelled with child’s name, the dose to be taken and when it should be taken. Your child will have his/her Asthma medication with them in the cabin and during camp activities. Your child’s Asthma Plan guidelines will be followed. Please complete the School Camp Asthma Update Form and return it on the morning of camp long with medications.
Departure: Monday 9th November, 9.30am.
Return: Wednesday 11th November at approximately 3pm.
Year 3/4 School Camp Out (10 November)
Information has been sent home with students which includes what to bring and an invoice for payment.
Cost: $30
Payment can be made by BPay using your unique biller code. These details are printed on your invoice. Payment, the signed permission forms and all medical forms are due by Monday 2nd November. Please hand all forms to your classroom teacher.
2021 Foundation Enrolments
Teesdale Primary School is now taking enrolments for 2021. For more information about our school and to download an Enrolment Form, head to our Enrolment Information Handbook.
Once completed, forms and accompanying documentation can be returned to school by either scanning and emailing to teesdale.ps@education.vic.gov.au, posting to the school or handing into the office. Please note during Stage 3 Restrictions our office is closed to parents and visitors, therefore please call the office number 5281 5218 when you arrive at school and a member of staff will meet you at the gate.
New Sentral for Parents app
The Sentral for Parents app allows you to monitor your child’s school journey simply and efficiently. You will find numerous smart features that help streamline communications with the school. Receive messages and notifications from teachers, report absences, and more. The app can be downloaded from the Apple App Store and Google Play.
