What your colleagues have been doing

Australia’s nicest tenancy customers?

It’s not every day that property managers are on the receiving end of praise, so here’s a moment to warm your heart.

FN Broken Hill (NSW) said farewell to some lovely tenants who had rented through their agency for eight years. After vacating and returning their keys, Georgina Stevens and her partner gave the Broken Hill property management team a box of chocolates and a bunch of flowers, saying:

‘Thank you First National for welcoming us eight years ago. You guys have been amazing to work with. Nothing was ever too hard. Thank you for being our real estate agents.’

Strong team

We loved seeing this new photo of the FN Hollett & Lawrance team in Northam, Western Australia. It was posted to Facebook with the comment:

‘The strength of the team is each member. The strength of each member is the team.’

It’s so true, and the FN Hollett & Lawrance demonstrate that at our functions, conventions and training sessions – time and time again.

Visiting Townsville

BGM Michael Keith paid a visit to the award-winning team at FN Townsville recently, giving him the chance to explore principal Terry Godde’s enormous new, wholly-owned premises.

As you can see for yourself, the newly fitted out office has plenty of parking, acres of space, a bright and airy interior, lovely kitchen facilities, and one of those massage chairs that always seem to be occupied at airports!

Easter colouring competition

At our new office in Perth, FN O’Dowd (Maida Vale, WA), principal Rachael O’Dowd has wasted no time grabbing hold of the network’s marketing tools. At the Maida Vale IGA Supermarket, kids are running with her Easter colouring competition which gives them a chance to win a Easter Hamper.

Great night out at the opera

Karen Joseph (FN Manly, NSW), Allison Mifsud (FN Epping Central, NSW), Julie and Philip Holloway (FN Walsh & Sullivan, Winston Hills, NSW) and Arthur Chrisimos (NSW, Business Growth Mgr - Recruitment) enjoyed a night at the opera together, last Friday night.

The Italian Opera Foundation Australia was hosting its Gala Ball at Doltone House.

The Foundation is focused on developing young talent in Australia and Italian culture is the catalyst to bring young people to understand their history and heritage.

Delivering awards

BGM, Michael Keith has been out and about, delivering QLD GEM Awards to their recipients.

FN Candappa expands

FN Candappa (Drouin, Vic) has seized the opportunity to expand into the shop next door to its current operations.  As you can see, signage is in the process of being updated.
