Bradley Saul, Piping Director of the Bendigo Highland Pipe Band, and his band taught the students all about the bagpipes, drums and a pipe band on Monday.  It was an extremely interesting and engaging incursion with many students trying the instruments.  Thank you Bendigo Highland Pipe Band.

Bendigo Winter Night Shelter 2023

This is a program coordinated by Churches in Bendigo, providing ‘shelter, food and dignity’ for homeless individuals in our area.  Please google www.bwns.org.au for more information.

The St Kilian’s Parish will again be ‘host’ for this every second Wednesday at the designated venue. Each year parishioners have volunteered their time and talents to support this ‘outreach’ program in many different ways: cooking, kitchen hands, shift workers...  Can you help out? particularly with meals. You may be great at making desserts, or love making soups, or pretty good with pasta - no one person is expected to provide a whole meal.  If you are interested in supporting in any way please contact the parish office on (03) 5441 6244.

Friday Afternoon Assembly

We are excited to celebrate student learning through our Friday afternoon assembly commencing Friday 12th May with PrepJW. During the assembly the students will showcase their learning through a presentation. Assembly will take place in the school hall and we invite the parents of PrepJW to attend.

We will start promptly at 3pm.

All students are now expected to be wearing the full winter uniform; this includes long grey pants for boys.

There has been a slight delay in the delivery of some items, which we hope will occur in the coming week or so. Please ensure you contact me or your child’s teacher if they are not able to wear the correct school winter uniform.
