We invite parents to become involved in their child's language learning, or even learn some Italian themselves,  as we provide some new Italian language tips with each newsletter. 

This time, we are focussing on asking "what is your nationality?" Di che nazionalità sei?

The answer to this has either an "o" or "a" ending depending on if you are male or female.

eg;

Sono australiana : I am Australian (female).

Sono australiano con origine americano:  I am Australian with an American background (male). 

Io sono sud africana, canadese e australiana: I am South African, Canadian and Australian (female).
