Year 10 - Holocaust Museum Excursion

Wednesday 16 March

8.15 am to 2.54 pm

As part of the Year 10 History: From War to Peace courses, we are offering our students the opportunity to visit the Holocaust Museum.

The Jewish Holocaust Museum and Research Centre is an institution dedicated to the memory of the six million Jews who lost their lives between 1933 and 1945. It is a valuable opportunity for our students to experience such a large aspect of the era of History they are studying.

We will be travelling by train and will need to catch the 8.35 am train from Lilydale Station and returning to school by approximately 2.40 pm. Students will need to meet teachers at Lilydale Station at 8.15 am.

The cost of the excursion is $12.50.  Students will also need to have a valid MYKI card with the appropriate funds loaded to the card.

There will be an opportunity to purchase food for lunch or students may bring their own food.
