School Soccer

Dear Parents / Caregivers of School Soccer Families,

Well done to our 9 teams for a good start to the school soccer season, I hope your child or children are enjoying!

Please note that we have 3 weeks off over the school holidays and the season starts back up on Saturday 24th July.

Keep yourself up to date with information from the NWJSA website regarding COVID, program and 'Parent Code of Conduct.'

At this stage, it is undecided if the NWJSA are doing the end of season carnival in September, however, depending on COVID restrictions each team may wish to do their own 'end of season' gathering. I will have trophies ready for then, these will be presented at a school assembly as done in the past.

As mentioned at parent information session, this is my last year of being soccer delegate and am looking for someone, or a team of people, to hand over to. I would ideally love to start with information sharing next term, so please get in touch with me if you are interested. This role is a very rewarding and I have truly enjoyed in my 4 years. My reasons for ending my delegate role are to devote my time and energy to my own children in different sport commitments next year.

A big thank you to the parents of West Beach Primary for embracing soccer and volunteering when you can.

Enjoy the school holidays and see you in Term 3!

Kind regards,

Sally
