Annual Winter Appeal 

Amanda Rishworth, MP, Federal Member for Kingston is collecting donations for those in need this winter.

For those in our community who are struggling, times can be particularly tough in the cooler months.  When most of us are rugged up and warm during cold winter nights, it is important to remember those who may not be so fortunate.

Donations of any of the following items can be dropped off at 232 Main South Road, Morphett Vale until 30 July 2021:

• New warm socks and beanies for adults and children
• Hearty non-perishable foods, such as tinned soup and baked beans
• New toiletries, particularly for women such as sanitary items
• Animal food and blankets (no stuffing).
• Cleaning and household products
• Supermarket gift cards

Please note charities have asked for all donations to be unused, secondhand garments and toiletries cannot be accepted. All items donated will be given to local charities who will ensure donations go to people in our local area.
