Farewell to our Sensational Sixes of 2022

As our grade 6 class of 2022 prepares for their graduation and departure from primary school, they expressed how they feel about leaving Mackellar.  On behalf of their teachers from foundation onwards, we feel privileged to have contributed to their lives and proud of their accomplishments and the young people they have become. We wish them every success for year 7 and beyond.

Thanks so much Mackellar for helping me out with my learning and friendships. From 5 years old to 12 years old at this school, it feels like precious diamonds in my heart.

Mackellar Primary School has made me a lot of happy memories which brings me to the point where I want to stay forever. I’ve made so many good friends, and I don’t know what I’ll do when I leave. When looking back at the previous years, it makes me sad that I’m leaving Mackellar.
