Thank you to the families who have contributed to the Cultural Survey, we have begun creating our school's Cultural Calendar.

As announced at assembly, we are meeting together in 5B's new classroom in the new building next to the front office on Thursday at lunch.

Everyone is welcome to join! We are currently working on a book that we will share with the whole school this year. Ideas are welcome too.

Our Survival Day

We acknowledge that January 26th is known as Day of Mourning and Survival Day. 

 

On January 26th, Our Survival Day, a family friendly community day for Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander people and allies. Cultural experiences, music and food on Bunurong / Boonwurrung Country in Mount Martha.

It was an incredible day with a stellar line up of local artists, experiences, food and market stalls incluing Wiradjuri ASPS parent Stef Brown's stall featuring art art, check out these fun hand painted homewares.

 

A number of staff, families and friends were also at the event.
