Giving consent & payment for events in Xuno
Dear Parents,
When your year level organises an event and it is published on XUNO, there is a form that is always required to complete if you would like your child to participate. Below is a preview form, which will be on all events, to let you know what needs to be completed in order for you to be able to submit the form and then make payment.
(a) Additional Medical Information - if there are none, just type 'nil'
(b) The emergency contacts - all boxes must be completed. Copy and paste the mobile phone number and paste it into the home phone number box if this box is empty
(c) Consent to emergency transport - must put either Yes or No. This question will only be on the form for camps and not for excursions.
If you still have trouble when your year level has an event, please don't hesitate to contact me.

CSEF Funding
Every Victorian child should have access to the world of learning opportunities that exist beyond the classroom. The Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund helps ensure that no student will miss out on the opportunity to join their classmates for important, educational and fun activities. It is part of making Victoria the Education State and the Government’s commitment to breaking the link between a student’s background and their outcomes.
Applications for 2023 accepted from 30th January until 23rd June this year.
Please note:
If you applied for CSEF at your child's school last year, you do not need to complete an application form this year unless there has been a change in your family circumstances. You only need to complete an application form if any of the following changes have occurred:
• new student enrolments; your child has started or changed schools this year.
• changed family circumstances; such as a change of custody, change of name, concession card number, or new siblings commencing this year.
Check with the school office if you are unsure.

Collection of ordered uniform
The process to collect uniform ordered through Flexischools has changed.
Due to the number of orders, and occasional missing items when sent home with students, the process is now that when the order has been filled, you will receive a message via Xuno asking you to come to the office to collect the uniform.
