Important Message

In this week’s newsletter, I have decided to communicate with our school community in a different way. I would draw your attention to the video clip on this page for an important message to our parents.

Year 12 Farewell

Last week we held the Year 12 Valedictory Evening at the San Remo Ballroom in Carlton. The event was a deserved opportunity for us to recognise and celebrate the achievement of our Year 12s, some of who (VCE) recently completed their exams. 

Attendance for the evening was in excess of 500 people and the atmosphere and “vibe” of the night, was a combination of celebration, thankfulness and fun. 

The message for all students whether they be VCE or VCAL is that you are never defined by your success in Year 12. Whilst it is true that achieving success (however that looks) may open some doors, not achieving success, does not necessarily close others. Life is a long journey and there are many different ways to get to the end!

I would particularly like to thank Hervaye Lobriza, Phuong Le, Wendy Pearce and Carrie Wallis for making the night an extraordinary success.
