Welcome back to all our community and family members after the Christmas and New Year period. We all hope you have had some wonderful family time and are refreshed for the sporting seasons approaching. 

Griffins Basketball

Players Wanted

Please email basketball@griffins.org.au if you would like to join a basketball team for the second half of the season.  We particularly need boys that are currently in Years Eight or Nine, but we welcome expressions of interest from all ages.

Coach Wanted

We are also looking for a coach for one of the senior boys’ teams – please get in touch if you are able to assist with training and/or games.

Great Southern Griffins committee members

We understand how busy life can be and we all have differing commitments from week to week; from work, kids' sport and social lives, extended family commitments, health, finances, and heaven forbid… having our own personal commitments and interests!. However, we need your help!!

We are seeking committee members specifically for Soccer, Hockey and Volleyball to help with the organization of our sports for the upcoming season.  Please email sports@gsg.wa.edu.au and Mrs Louise Sprigg will put you in contact with our current committees which will inform you of our next meeting times and specific needs from each club.

We would encourage anyone to come on board, in whatever role you can play and assist with the continued development of our Great Southern Griffins Community Sporting Club. We would rather have a lot doing a little, than a few doing a lot! If we do not have committees involved in our sports, our sports will not be viable to continue for 2023.
