Calling all book lovers: library assistants needed

Dream work experience for book lovers

We are looking for students who can help at least once a week in the library, during recess and lunchtimes. It’s a great opportunity for students to share their love of books, and get some work experience.

Activities will include:

• Helping at the desk with loaning and returning books
• Reviewing and recommending books
• Contributing to the library as part of an advisory team
• Helping with printing and photocopying
• Shelving Fiction and non-Fiction books

Students will receive a Certificate of Achievement at the end of the year, and will be able to include the experience on their resumes. To sign up or find out more, students should come and talk to Jenny, Justine or Chloe in the library.
