Biographies

Students in years 3 and 4 launched into their new writing unit with great enthusiasm! Their task was to write a  biography about someone who inspires them or has made a difference to society. 

An amazing array of individuals were chosen including Amelia Earhart, the first female aviator to fly solo across the Atlantic Ocean, actors, authors, and athletes as well a number of contemporary YouTubers!

Creative Thinking

There was a fantastic response to one of the creative thinking homework tasks last week. Students were asked to imagine that someone had agreed to build their dream treehouse. Here are just some of the wonderfully imaginative and creative designs.
