Be Kind Day

Friday 3rd March

Last week our college celebrated National BE KIND Day, by spreading kindness showing the value of community. Students and staff nominated each other for kindness awards and interacted in Be Kind craft activities and Dodgeball in the Hall. Showing kindness assists to release serotonin and dopamine from the brain and promotes ‘feel good’ emotions.
