Deputy Principals' News

Assembly Roster

Each fortnight we come together as a school community on a Friday afternoon to celebrate all the wonderful things that are happening at St James. Our amazing Year 6 students lead us and classes present what has been happening throughout the term.

We warmly invite families to join us in the hall at 2:45pm.  Please see the timetable for the reminder of the term.

St Patrick's Day Mass

At St James we believe in the importance for students to experience leadership opportunities during their schooling and to learn the art of building relationships.

Next Friday 17th of March, our Year 6 Community and Social Justice Leaders will be attending the St Patrick's Mass at the Cathedral. This is a wonderful opportunity to represent our school and build relationships with other schools

Welcome Disco

The St James Welcome Disco was held on Friday 24th February on a very hot evening!

A huge thank-you to Denise W and Alisha Q for organising much of the evening. Thank-you also to Caroline Egan and the students of St James for creating all of the drawings and decorations for the evening. Our outdoor space was transformed into a Jungle!

Well done to our prize winners for the evening: Raffy I, Ptolemy K,  Tilly J and Nieve R.

Level Newsletters

Each of the Collaborative Communities have now prepared a level newsletter, providing an overview of what will be taught, timetables and school events.  These newsletters are available via the St James Parent Portal.
