Parents Association Update
What a great time every-one had at the welcome disco. It’s wonderful to see all the hand made decorations around the school adding to the jungle feel, plus some pretty creative kids costumes. The addition of the ninja course and the inflatable orb really took things to the next level. The funky disco and the Grade 6 stall capped off the fun. The summer evening provided a great opportunity for parents to catch up and for some getting to know new people. A huge thanks to Denise Wong and all her hard work, the crew of parents volunteers, Grade 6 students and helpers. We really appreciate all your help in welcoming everyone back to the new school year.
EASTER RAFFLE & BONNET PARADE
The time has come for us to start the collection process for the Easter Raffle! Tubs have been placed in all classrooms for you to fill with your kind chocolate Easter egg donations. The chocolate collected will be used to create Easter Baskets which are then raffled off. The money raised from the sale of the raffle tickets will be used to fund different school projects throughout the year.
The raffle will be held on the final day of Term 1, Thursday 6th April at approximately 12.45pm - time TBC closer to the date. Attached is the link to purchase raffle tickets for your children. https://www.trybooking.com/CGPUC
If you could please have your donations in by Tues 28th March to allow for sorting and wrapping that would be amazing!
Please note there will also be an Easter Bonnet Parade that day with details to follow .

THANKS FROM THE PA
We are very grateful for the continued support of all our parents, the school and local community. All our PA members are volunteers who generously give up their own time to organise our school events.
Contributions from our fundraising efforts will be put towards many areas across the school. Some initial ideas that have strong support from the PA group and school community are 1) Improving school security 2) Retractable cafe style blinds for the exterior of the undercover area so it can be used during hot or wet days.
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly:
