Sport Report 

Swimming Carnival 2021 

Our school Swimming Carnival is being held this Friday 5th February 2021 at Scully Pool, West Tamworth. All students who are turning 8 years and above will be attending the carnival. All parents would have received a compass email containing information about the carnival as well as a permission form. Please check your emails for this information and complete the permission form as soon as possible. All students will require a permission form to attend. 

Reminders: 

• All students are to come directly to school prior to the carnival. Students are NOT to go directly to the pool for any reason. 
• Students who are turning 8 years or older will participate at the carnival.
• Parents who are attending the carnival to spectate must adhere to social distancing requirements as per COVID guidelines (1.5m social distancing).

Term 1 Sport

This term students will be participating in the Sporting Schools Cricket Program. Students in Years 3 - 6 will start in Week 3 and students in Years K - 2 will start in Week 6. The program will take place on Fridays. 

Polding Summer Trials

Good luck to Roland Tocao, Jayden Vu and Tahlia Waters, who will be representing St Joseph's and the Arimdale Diocese at the Polding Summer Trials on Friday 5th Feburary in the sport of Basketball. 

Cross Country

Our school Cross Country Carnival will be held on Thursday 1st April 2021. More information on this carnival will be sent out later in the term. 

Diocesan Trials 

Information regarding Diocesan Sport for Term 1 will be sent out throughout the term. More information on this will follow.
