Dear Diary - Charlotte Comport 7F

Dear Diary,                                                                                  20 March 2020

Today there was a lot of talk about Coronavirus and how we will have to do remote learning at school today. I'm kind of excited to try remote learning because I have never done it before, but it might be hard to get used to. I'll fill you in when we start remote learning.  Also, when I was at the shop today everything was pretty much gone, especially the toilet paper and dry foods.  Anyway bye for now, I’ll fill you with this whole Coronavirus... remote learning thing later.

Dear Diary,                                                                                    April-June 2020

I am in lock down and have done remote learning for a while now. Remote learning has been going really well and I enjoy it a lot because I don't have distractions.  I can get my work done quicker and I can eat when ever I want.  The only bad thing about it is, I can’t see my friends and teachers face to face and sometimes, work can get confusing because there isn't a teacher in front of you explaining it. I have been keeping in touch with friends by text, calling and facetime them, but it's not the same as when I get to see them at school. But I might get to see them soon because I'm pretty sure we will go back to school in a couple of weeks. Bye for now, I’ll tell you if anything new happens.

Dear Diary,                                                                            July-September 2020

GUESS WHAT! There was a second wave of Coronavirus and now we are back in lock down and have to do remote learning again. I know I told you that I liked remote learning the last time I talked to you, but I’m getting a bit sick of it now. I don't really know why, maybe it's because we have been stuck in the house for a long time or I just generally don't like it. Hopefully we can get back to on site learning soon. Shh don't tell anyone, I meant to be doing work right now, but instead I am talking to you so I gotta go bye.
