Hi all,

Fabulous news on two fronts! As of this week, the library is open for sessions and borrowing. Yes, I know! Brilliant news. I can hear you whooping from here. So it’s time to hunt out those library books for returning. I know Rona has messed with us all a little so don’t get in a tizz if you can’t find the book/s. They’ll be somewhere, maybe the classroom if not at home? If you’re not sure which books your child has out let me know and I’ll send home the details. And the 2nd thrilling bit of news you ask? As we missed out on Book Week in August, we’re having the book parade NEXT FRIDAY, the 12th of November, at 9.15 am. Students are to come dressed as their favourite book character (re-use of the Halloween costume is allowable as long as they pretend it’s a book character ;) ). Having a bit of fun is the aim of the game. In the library sessions next week we’ll also look at the winning books in the short listed CBC categories. So, lots of fun on the horizon.
