Performance Week
At Mooroopna
Many music and drama performances were held in the last two weeks at the Mooroopna campus. Students in the music elective performed their items to the class and Ellisa repeated their performance the following week in the courtyard.
Students in Band Instrumental and String Ensemble combined to prepare and perform a set of Colonial Australian Folk Songs (mostly about shearing sheep but also transportation) to the school community at lunchtime in the courtyard. In the true nature of Folk Music, many hands make it more enjoyable and Mr Lees and Mrs Hoskin, along with Mr Read and Mrs Drinnan all joined in.
Students in the Acting Out elective performed their Commedia plays to each other in the classroom.
All students who performed are to be congratulated on their efforts after a very broken semester which interrupted practical opportunities severely.
