Head Start Week
It was lovely to meet our new Foundation students and see them make a positive transition to school during Head Start Week. The children became familiar with the Foundation learning space, staff, their buddies and of course, each other. Whilst some children were a bit timid and needed a helping hand, others adjusted extremely well and were brimming with confidence. Everyone left with a smile on their face and promised to return to school next year. We invite you to peruse through the photos of our 2021 students having fun at school.
Social Story About Starting School
Starting school can be a daunting experience for young children. In order to make the transition less daunting, we have put together a social story about starting school at St Raphael's. Please note, this story has been updated since our last issue. We encourage you to click on the link below and read this story to your child before they commence school next year.
