The Samantha Haddrick Award

Year 6

This award is presented in memory of Samantha Haddrick who was tragically taken by SIDS in 1992. The Year 6 teachers, in making the selection, considered the following criteria (not necessarily in order of importance):-

  • Best all round performance
  • Academic achievement
  • Sporting ability
  • Self discipline
  • School/community participation

The 2021 Samantha Haddrick Award has been won by:- Ruby Caldow

 

Ruby has won this award as a result of showing enthusiasm towards her learning. She tried her best in all situations in completing tasks to the best of her ability at a much improved standard in numeracy and literacy. Ruby has shown tremendous growth in self discipline to focus on tasks this year.
