ANZAC Commemoration

On Monday Kingswood High staff and students held the school's annual ANZAC commemoration service. A dignified, respectful assembly that allowed both staff and students to reflect on the meaning of ANZAC by giving silent thanks for the sacrifices of brave Australian men and women who have served in the armed forces for over a century.

We would like to thank Ms. Riley and her efforts in organising this event, our Student leaders Kaitlyn F, Liam N, Reva M, and Hershey T, and the three Cadets Tyler F, Nikolai A, and Marcus B for delivering this beautiful commemoration.

Tuesday, our School Captains and Vice Captains, Kaitlyn F, Liam N, Reva M, and Hershey T who represented our school with pride when they attended the ANZAC School Service organised by the City of Penrith RSl Sub-branch.

The service included high schools and primary schools from all over the Penrith greater region, as well as members from the local government and special guests from the Army Reserves.

We would like to thank one of our students Tyler F, who also represented his cadet unit with pride.
