Athletics Day
MELBA TAKES OUT HOUSE ATHLETICS CARNIVAL
On the last day of Term the whole school headed out to Athletics Track for our annual House Athletics Carnival. It was a beautiful day and it was fantastic to see our students out in their House Colours and taking advantage of the many events that they could compete in on the day.
The final results for the day were;
1st Place – Melba 3,383 Points
2nd Place – Hollows 2,649 Points
3rd Place – Freeman 2,621 Points
4th Place – Dunlop 2,407 Points
Some other interesting statistics from the day:
- Highest Scoring Age Group/House/Gender – 13 Yrs Girls Melba (627 points)
- Dunlop won the 14 Yrs Age group
- Freeman won the 17 Yrs Age group
- Hollows won the 15Yrs Age group
